There is a tunnel near the entrance to the park, but can be avoided if needed by exiting on 421 and then taking 80 to 699 (if coming from London/I-75)

Coming from I-75/Hal Rogers Parkway:

  • Take Hal Rogers Parkway to Hazard.
  • Exit onto HWY-15.
  • Take KY Route 7 to KY Route 699.
  • Turn onto KY Route 699 and continue until you reach Leatherwood Offroad Park.

  • Take U.S. HWY-119 to KY HWY-15 in Whitesburg
  • Take KY HWY-15 to KY Route 7
  • Take KY Route 7 to KY Route 699
  • Turn onto KY Route 699 and continue until you reach Leatherwood Offroad Park
